GYN Services
Fees for our services are based on a sliding fee scale, determined by household size and income. Services may be free or at a reduced fee, but even at our full fee, the cost for our services is about half that of private physicians and pharmacies. No one is refused services for the inability to pay based on Federal poverty guidelines.

New Service - MIRENA® IUD INSERTION - Mirena® releases small amounts of hormones into the uterus to prevent pregnancy. It is 99.9% in preventing pregnancy & remains effective for 5 years! Mirena® can be removed earlier if you choose. Mirena® is provided for free or low-cost, based on a sliding fee scale. Please call (717) 273-6741 to see if Mirena® is right for you!
