Mature Women (Women over 60)
As a woman gets older, her risk of getting cancer increases. In fact, 1 in 9 women will develop breast cancer during their lifetime. Colorectal cancer is the second most common form of cancer in all women. Preventative health care is the best protection against cancer and increases the chances for a full recovery if diagnosed early. The Health Care for the Mature Woman program allows woman over the age of 60 to receive free preventative services (Funded by the local Area Agency on Aging).
Lebanon Family Health Services performs scheduled exams at the Lebanon Senior Center (located on Maple Street) once a month. Additional appointments can be made to be seen in our office at 615 Cumberland St.
Eligibility: ANY woman 60 years old or older. No income or insurance requirements.
