Reproductive Health Care
Lebanon Family Health Services offers an array of services and programs related to reproductive health care. Visits are private and confidential. Our services are provided by female staff, including certified registered nurse practitioners, RNs (registered nurses), LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) and Clinician Assistants.
Fees for our services are based on a sliding fee scale, determined by household size and income. Services may be free or at a reduced fee, but even at our full fee, the cost for our services is about half that of private physicians and pharmacies. No one is refused services for the inability to pay based on Federal poverty guidelines. Below is the full list of services and programs that are offered:

GYN Services - schedule your pap test to help in the prevention & early detection of cervical cancer
Sexually Transmitted Infections - FREE for all males & females!
