WALK - IN  CLINIC

Lebanon Family Health Services invites new patients , male or female, of any age to come visit us for our “Walk-in Friday!” to receive reproductive health care and/or WIC services.  No appointment is  necessary.  You may qualify for free or low-cost services.

 

 

 

 

 

             

WALK- IN CLINIC WILL BE HELD  EACH FRIDAY FROM 8:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.

                 Services include:

                   *Emergency Contraception
                   *Gynecological exam
                   *Pregnancy Testing
                   *STI (Sexually Transmitted Infections) Testing & Treatment
                   *Driver's License physicals ($40.00) & Employment Physicals ($60.00)
                   *WIC Services
