WALK - IN CLINIC
Lebanon Family Health Services invites new patients , male or female, of any age to come visit us for our “Walk-in Friday!” to receive reproductive health care and/or WIC services. No appointment is necessary. You may qualify for free or low-cost services.
WALK- IN CLINIC WILL BE HELD EACH FRIDAY FROM 8:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
LFHS will not have walk in clinic on Friday, August 12th or Friday, August 19th. We are still able to provide some oral contraceptives, emergency contraception and read TB results.
